As one of KL’s newest integrated-living serviced residences, Binastra Land’s Trion@KL was designed for trendy urbanites, first-time homebuyers, and interested investors seeking a vibrant dwelling space in the heart of the city. The project started off on a blank slate and FOREFRONT was engaged to conceptualise an identity for Trion, as well as develop a full branding campaign to draw the interest of potential buyers.
Trion’s identity was infused with youthfulness and vibrancy to appeal to those who live energetic and bustling lifestyles – hence bright colours and striking visuals were used across both digital and print marketing collaterals. This Binastra Land project was also the first to utilise our 360-degree touchscreen technology (the Real-time 3D Display), which greatly aided the sales flow.
