BRAND CHALLENGE
Feliz en Vista – our first project with CapitaLand Vietnam – is a high-end residential development in Ho Chi Minh City, complete with luxurious facilities and amenities. This project required a branding solution that had both cultural relevance and impactful visuals, to appeal to local and foreign buyers alike.
BRAND SOLUTION
FOREFRONT centred the branding campaign around the term “The City Fabric”, incorporating fabric design and mosaic tile motifs into the logo design and collateral colours. We developed a full range of marketing collaterals and platforms in dual languages that emphasised the unique features of Feliz en Vista. The campaign was met with resounding success, leading to FOREFRONT being recognised in Feliz en Vista’s showroom as one of the project’s success factors.
