BRAND CHALLENGE

CapitaLand Vietnam engaged us for the branding of its new residential project in an up-and-coming area of Vietnam – District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. They were looking to appeal to the young, vibrant and socially-active audience, while also ensuring it stands out among CapitaLand’s competitors in the market.

 

BRAND SOLUTION

Using “modern rhythm” as the main concept, we applied the elements of classical instruments to our visuals, as well as the structure and rhyme of songs to our copy. The residential towers were named after music-related terminology – Alto, Bass and Cello. FOREFRONT designed the project’s brochures and outdoor hoardings, while also developing a comprehensive website along with 3D CGI materials for it. Aided by our efforts, two of De La Sol’s three towers were sold out while the project was still ongoing.
