BRAND CHALLENGE

CapitaLand Vietnam was set to unveil its upcoming international Grade A office development, Capital Place. As the first commercial development in Hanoi to receive the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification, the project boasts generous landscaping and sustainability features. The client wished to communicate these features to the targeted audience effectively.

BRAND SOLUTION

FOREFRONT produced a set of 3D perspectives for this project, with visuals that emphasised its lush landscaping amidst urban bustle. We also produced a 3D walkthrough video that featured seamless transitions between live action footage and 3D animation. It shows Capital Place in a dual-lifestyle-centralised storyline, highlighting its design, amenities, and its first-of-its-kind direct access to Hanoi’s MRT station.
